Working together does not necessarily mean you have to be physically to be there, These tools can help your group beat the distance and work as if you're all together in one place. An example of such tools is through the use of Trello, you introduce boards where any member of the organization or group can see the different tasks for a certain project. It is safe as only the admin is in charge of who can see what or who should be invited.
