Interactive Multimedia

What comes into your mind when you hear the word interactive? From the term itself interact! It's basically allowing a two-way flow of information between a computer and a computer-user; in other words, it's an interaction between the user and the computer. From Web 1.0 aka Static Webpage a page that cannot be interacted with until the years went by, and developers developed the so called Web 2.0 that's defined as a Dynamic website which returns to our 1st statement up there, Interactive Multimedia. The main purpose of Web 2.0 was to create an interactive page that emphasized user-generated content and ease of usability! Most of the websites you see today have embedded YouTube videos on them. To remedy the problem that not everyone has fast internet connection, these YouTube videos can be set to be played "on-demand" rather than having them played automatically.
